This group meets every two months on the first Monday at 6:30 PM PT\, although meeting dates/times may occasionally shift based on leader availability. \nResearch shows that support groups can play a crucial role in managing chronic illnesses by reducing isolation\, providing emotional support\, and sharing important resources. This group offers a safe space to connect with others facing similar challenges\, share experiences\, and gain valuable insights into living with myositis.
