Managing the Holidays by Hospital of Special Surgery (HSS) New York City Myositis Support Group

End of the year holidays can be stressful for many. However, having a chronic illness can bring increased stress and anxiety.  How to manage expectations, fatigue, pain, and the unpredictable nature of myositis will be the topic of discussion for this meeting.
