- Members of TMA’s Corporate Advisory Council (CAC) receive a $500 discount on an exhibit.

- TMA attendees are interested in information about how to live well with myositis. Nonprofits providing services and resources that may interest myositis patients should contact us to share free materials at our Health Fair.

How much does a booth cost?
Our basic exhibitor package is $2,500 and includes a tabletop, 2 chairs and 1 complimentary conference pass. The sponsor-level packages include a booth plus additional benefits and range from $5,000 to $50,000.

How do I order electricity/AV for the booth?
Electrical and AV must be ordered through the Encore team at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch. The Encore ordering portal will be distributed to exhibitors.
How do I register my complimentary badge or pay for additional badges?
The exhibitor promo code will be distributed along with your booth assignment confirmation. Registration must be done individually, and payment can be made online. Click here to register for MyoCon 2026.
How do I reserve housing?
The link to reserve housing at the TMA group rate of $189 will be provided in your conference registration confirmation email. To secure the TMA group rate, you must book your lodging no later than Friday, August 28 or when the block sells out, whichever happens first.
When are booth assignments made?
Initial booth assignments will be made in order of sponsor level, past participation and application date by June 1. After this time, the remaining booths will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Do exhibitor badges allow access to the Scientific Sessions?
Yes, your complimentary pass will allow access to all conference sessions.
Will I receive promotional graphics for exhibiting or sponsoring MyoCon?
Yes, all exhibitors and sponsors will receive promotional graphics to use as they see fit.
