Minding your Mental Health – Hospital of Special Surgery (HSS) New York City Myositis Support Group

Living with a chronic illness can lead to increased stress, anxiety, and depression.  Myositis can pose additional and unique challenges. This presentation can help in recognizing symptoms and provide evidence-based strategies for coping and managing these issues.

The HSS Myositis Support Group is open to people living with myositis, their families, and friends.
